Zeymah'kein, Draconic for "Brothers of War", is a term that began in Aerie for Kriistvrii that served alongside each other in the Demon Spawn War (89 GE - 269 GE). Regarding the Kriistvrii elements, most spent their entire lives serving under the Covenant general Bahamut. Across the Aerie of Dragons, they battled the demon hordes of Orcus and forces under the ex-Covenant general Tiamat. When the war ended, Bal-Kriav's Kriistvrii settled in what was coded on Covenant military maps as sector Hiznaar Goz.
On 2 War March 600 HE, with the capture of Suf Sungaar, the empire of Zeymah'kein was established with General Coldwrath its first Dragon Lord.
In 1216 HE, hostilities began with the Mir'piamauza Empire, starting the Burn Wars.
Around 1250 HE, the empire began to experience religious division as the poorer and disenfranchised turned to the violent gospel of Tiamat.
In 1279 HE, the Church of Bahamut, backed by crusaders and zealots, began the bloody task of rooting out Tiamat's flock. This Platinum Inquisition (1279 HE - 1290 HE) ended the lives of many belonging to the more radical sects. Those with the means to escape, went east, settling in the icy vale of Sotiisk'lum.
In 1340 HE, Zeymah'kein went to war with hobgoblins of Valefor. This turned into a protracted war, with the Imrithil fighting more demons than hobgoblins. This Zeymah'kein Valefor War (1340 HE - 1362 HE), lasting 22 years, put the Imrithil on the defensive. They built a massive line of fortifications called the Hlothram ldrun Rigevoth. This long and deep line of defenses is credited with saving Zeymah'kein interests in Hells Womb, and perhaps even the empire.
In the ongoing conflict with the Mir'piamauza Empire, the Third Burn (1504 HE - 1522 HE), forces were needed to contest Mir'piamauza's victorious armies. Thus in 1521 HE, Zeymah'kein began abandoning Vul Gol and others holding of the Hells Womb Region. The Burn Wars had the effect of making the two sides more vicious. By the Last Burn, this had stained the morale fiber of Zeymah'kein, with war now genocidal.
it is said that Tiamat smiled, Bahamut looked away in shame, and Asmodeus sending a letter to Athena, "see what constant war can do to one's mind."

In 1600 HE Zeymah'kein fell. Their holdings and people became part the Mir'piamauza Empire. Many were driven out of their ancestral homes, others too proud to be ruled by anything but a Kriistvrii, moved elsewhere. These spoils of war would not last long. Eight years later, Mir'piamauza succumbed in the Mir'piamauza Civil War (1608 HE - 1612 HE).
Following the fall of these two empires, the holds of the Aerie fell to the mob, then to gangs and their leaders. From these, petty city-states came to be ruled by dragons, Muneyd'vith and others taking up the title Dragon Lord.
Zeymah'kein fought several religious wars with the Galirkrad. On a smaller scale than The Burns, these were carried out by Zeymah'kein fanatics battling forces devoted to Tiamat; the enmity of Bahamut and Tiamat that began in the Hoof Front (215 GE - 230 GE), continuing through mortal agents.
At the height of its power, the Zeymah'kein Empire extended from the eastern banks of the Dargirth River in Hells Womb to the shores of Sosin Luv.
Two notable groups that came out of the Zeymah'kein's long reign are the dragon cult of Vith Alok and the stargazers of Nil Koraaviik.
The first Drakkensteeds, a cross between a horse and a dragon, were created by the Ryldorvir in employ of the Zeymah'kein government; at the height of her power, Zeymah'kein could field an air force of nearly 500 drakkensteed riders.
