Sava'khar is a vast wasteland flanked and dotted with volcanoes, geysers and steaming pools. It is prone to earthquakes, releasing thick noxious and sometimes toxic gases.
This broken geothermal landscape was created when Danzar-Khâl, then a Creationist, reforged the landscape, raising the spires of Felakgathar. In the God Era, Surtur, as part of the Felakgathar Contract, added to this area, powering up a string of peaks, turning them into volcanoes and intertwining them in a continuously flowing subsurface lava network.
In the Horgon Era, meteors of iron rained down from the skies in what became known as the Dûlan-Nûl Firestorm (12 Saunas 331 HE - 4 Dreamer 331 HE). The impacts in Sava'khar left great iron deposits. Some of these are very large, like the iron mountain Angaz Karag, while others are no longer solid, having turned to liquid by nearby lava.
