Harworb

Harworb was the second major settlement of Phlehorn. It was built as a stronghold for the gold mines of the eastern highlands of Khazandulud. When Phlehorn fell, Harbworb made a feeble attempt to become an independent city-state. In 1081, after a brief struggle of three months, they were militarily annexed by the Fargimdal kingdom.

The Nathol valley, between the east and western peaks of Khazandulud, is riddled with crags. These often deep jagged recesses lead to thousands of caves serving as homes to innumerable urds. The urd are of such threat to Harworb that it was built with defenses like those once used at Khunwrak to stop or break-up air attacks. Defenses of the city include ballista nets, dart and cannon canisters and other devices for deflecting urd horde tactics.
