Dilkuglapgon was founded in the 4th century of the Lith-Crillion Era by Âkhi colonists. Over the ages, the kuo-toans of this empire, either by choice or force, left behind the cities and holds of Blibdoolpoolp Bosom. They use the area's intra-system rifts, the Toadoolp Twists, to relocate to distant regions of the Underdark. Those that came to Arkan-Ragûm were unwelcome. Munarkûn hostility, forced them south to the Underdark swamp Wyzbrack.
