Nature energy that has been mixed with Unholy Energy is called Dark Nature Energy. It can taint the land, changing forests to places with a lot more evil creatures running around. Spells that use dark nature energy are those that are druidic and cause harm to plants, animals, and the living, so instead of plant growth which uses nature energy, plant decay would use dark nature energy. Melrith is the only Higher Power with full access to dark nature energy. When one prays for such a spell, it is Melrith doing the giving, asking nothing in return.
Dark Nature Energy was used in the creation of the Dark Woad, the Twig Blight, night twists, and other fey and plants of fell disposition.
