Virgath is the largest lake of the Grashakh Region. At an elevation of 10,500', it is a mountain lake fed by the runoff coming down the Giant Steps to the west, and from the Ugradrath mountains to the northeast.
Territory of the Orchish Empire, the largest hold of the lake is Collossapolos. At the northern end of the lake is the ancient city of Hrornskar.
Virgath drains south, through the canals of Collossapolos and then over a series of waterfalls into Lake Boraresh. In the north, a canal out of Hrornskar heads to the wetlands of Mazgob. From this swamp, large ships can freely make their way to the Irudrarg River and then to the Core Sea.
