Defeated in the Begnhidrir War (170 - 185), the Draguron Empire was dismembered at the Peace of Moth.
A few of the high points of this crippling peace treaty follow:
- Dragur, the Draguron capital, besieged a dozen times, a skeleton of its former grandeur, was to be abandoned to the wild,
- Draguron population west of the Rute River were offered residency in the city-state of Hel or must return to the other side of the river,
- Territory west of the Rute was to return to tribal interests from the time of the Esto'khar Conflict (1633 HE - 1801 HE),
- For a period of fifty years, Balmoloch was to be a vassal city-state under Hel.
