Built in the First Epoch, Flakk protected Yagamph's southern border. It was a way-point for the numerous silver mines dotting the peaks of Ruzun.
After the fall of Yagamph (746 - 956), Flakk became an independent city-state. In a remote location with rich mines, a wealthy city, Flakk became the target of those wanting its riches. With old allegiances imposed by a central state gone, Flakk fell six times before the rise of the Garormuk Federation. Flakk's representatives were the first to sign the articles put forth at the Broken Teeth Meet; more than any other, they needed help in keeping the silver flowing.
