At the heart of Akann'ndâb was once the holiest of places dedicated to Kebechet. The crumbling remains of a pyramid are still easily visible atop a rubble-strewn plateau. This pyramid was a Kebechet temple called Miruk-Nalbêth.

In 409, the entire clergy of the temple was slain by the then mortal Thasmudyan.

In 1002, the place was sacked by the Ergunth-Sorm Army of the Eldritch Conclave. Much needed by the conquerors, the chapel's great treasury was never found.
