Primordials generally prefer things to be like Chaos. They love entropic energy, they hate its opposite, negative entropy. In the Creation War, the Primordial Lords sought to undo Creation. Some primordials delved into Creation; Piranoth being the most well-known. Other decided that it had its merits so they accepted it and put it their uses. Those primordials that turned their backs on the rest of their kind came to be known as Quelled Primordials. They are intelligent, generally don't try to tear the land apart. Examples of Quelled Primordials, and also Higher Powers, are Poseidon, Surtur, Geb, and Talos.
