Written under the authority of the Quara'tun Covenant, the Codices of Civilization were books defining interactions between the Lith-Crillion and the peoples of the Mortal Systems. They defined the methods of record keeping and the monitoring of Creation's worlds and their lifeforms. They also laid out the rules for removing dangerous relics and things left behind from the Creation War (1486 DE - 8777 DE) and the Demon Spawn War (8972 GE - 9493 GE). The objective was to collect such items, transfer to the Crillion Comet, and then take it to a secure storage facility or casting into a nearby star.
