Enemies | Mêšodaðûz, XI Purveyors |
Mârukhatâz is a secretive cult that seeks to keep ancient knowledge hidden and locked up in vaults. They believe that the people and relics of the Durkoth and the Lith-Crillion were dark and dangerous, and too powerful for the civilizations of today. They claim that such power, if let loose among the realm, would lead to power unbalances and widespread cataclysms.
Mârukhatâz are rivals, if not enemies, with the XI Purveyors (a company of XI Institute Holdings) and Mêšodaðûz. The latter two groups seeks out knowledge rather than keep it locked away in vaults.
In 1755, a thief of this organization broke into Phollûmâ and made off with several relics. The most treasured of these items was the painting Sôvuk Gate.
