Hlothrabatta was founded by goblins living under the boot of Galir-Khizad's mining interests. Built along the Spine of Olum-Uroth, many of the homes and caves structures of the city, some in old mines, are accessible only by ropes and bridges.
In the Allof Stond War (455 - 470), Hlothrabatta allied with the Melephaeusans, defeating Megrlof's fire giants.
In 1723, the last year of the Brothers Enmity War (1697 - 1723), Hlothrabatta was sacked by a combined army of Taklumlode and Ba'lith soldiers. Hlothrabatta is a vassal state of Taklumlode.
