Named after Warvild, a master primordial strategist of the Creation War (1486 DE - 8777 DE), the Warvilds Fingers are channels separating the islands that split from Angvild. The southern channel between Angvild and Wynvild came about in the Lith-Crillion Era when Wynvild became its own island. The northern channel, between Wynvild and Torvild came about in the Horgon Era. Collectively called Warvilds Fingers, these ocean channels are mostly shallow. They are littered with broken rock, some breaking the service as spires, dangerous navigation hazards or roosts for harpies and innumerable birds. A few deep channels, cut by strong ocean currents, pass through this area. They are hot spots, with heavy pirating and attacks by organized bands of sahuagin.
