Sited between two oceans, the inland sea Mizzen to the south, and the Pearl Sea to the north, Covenant war planners codenamed this area Tezi Rîna, or "Wave Ridge".
This rugged area is home to mountain trolls and other giants, chimera, wyverns, and tribes of humanoids. Some of the more dangerous people of the area are the Sussgurd. This degenerate race are descendants of the once mighty Tinnanguth empire. Tezi Rîna is a wild and lawless area that has long resisted encroachment and pacification efforts by the Ivory Asylum. Even so, the fjord river Mêzel cutting the range's north-south axis, sees a lot of trade.
