Skein Tus is a scarred vale of the the Aerie of Dragons. Beneath a heavy evergreen canopy are the holes, tunnels, fissures and great chasms of a long war. A great battlefield of the Hoof Front (9245 GE - 9262 GE), across the sky, surface and beneath, Covenant forces battled the dwindling demon legions under Orcus.
In 9262 GE, after two years of siege tunneling, demolitions, and magic, part of this valley fell into the sea. Named Gelomiiz Stov, this sunken landmass is visible from the the vale's great cliffs. Overlooking the Sea of Mourning, these cliffs are highest in the north at 6,000'.
