Baurwen is a forest in the Adellum sector of the Lands of Purity. It begins south of Holy Sanctum and stretches along the coasts of Galathien to the tip of the Raganbiraks. It is exceedingly rough terrain with vast stretches of briars, broken terrain with upturned rocks and other nooks to hide predators. The undergrowth is thorny with inordinate numbers of choke creepers, snapper saws, thorn slingers and other dangerous plants lurking about. The nature of the area is such that travellers generally avoid going through it.
