Cresting Spires is one of the least chaotic of the worlds that make-up the Elemental Ring Worlds. Mostly a water world, it is home to various types of air and water elementals, the Water Archon, Water Elemental, Air Archon, and Air Elemental.
Water archons of this world have some of the most advanced ships in the universe. These vessels are built to survive waves a thousand feet high and sail seas under perpetual storms kicked up by air archon barons and air elemental satraps. In the Ba'k super region, the water archon build submersibles, traveling beyond the reach of their air archon foes.
