This 1500' high, jagged plateau holds the citadel of Rib'git. This place was built to protect the Hand of Gith. This god-forged artillery piece is permanently concealed by a veil spell. Alarm spells and aerial and ground patrols maintain a vigilant guard of this marvel.
A honeycomb of passages and chambers lie within the plateau. Several gas vents are scattered about the ridge of the Ithar plateau. These exhaust vents release the toxic gas produced by firing the Hand of Gith.
In 1483, one of these vents was used by Squad X7E (c.f. Precision Strike) to temporarily disable the Hand of Gith.
