This reeking and mosquito infested cold swamp is in the Grish valley which cuts through the Giant Steps. Ilorath is territory of Queen Thryunkian and her chaotic minions. This hag was banished from the Abyss because of her intrigues in the affairs of Orcus. In return for aid in dark rites, she was summoned to Bal-Kriav by the Mad Wizard Flay. She now rules the marshes and terrorizes the Githirmil, dwarves and humanoid settlements of the surrounding region.
