Often called the Thrandorian Queens, this family has a long history of rule that began thirty years after the founding of Lúthil. A charismatic woman from an orphanage, a quick-learning arcanist found love and notoriety in high society, wedding the prince and then becoming Queen on 14 Bloom 2465 LE. A dominant partner by sheer intellect and grace, the King, like many of those that followed, deferred most matters to the people's beloved Thrandorian Queen.
The Thrandor family have an unbroken line of Queens that have ruled through five ages. The current Queen is home to the Lambaril city-state.
Many consider this family to be descendants of the goddess Arcana.
