The Ice Rage was a roughly two century long period of raiding out the Gelugon Range. The biggest threat were large bands of ice trolls. Threats from the air from pesky ice mephits and the far more dangerous white dragons led to change in the designs of fortifications, the use of weapons firing barbed nets, dragon ballista and the increasing use of flying mounts.
