The Angelic Departure was a period when the celestials - angels, holy archons, and others of non-mortal stature were forced to leave the Mortal Systems. It was enforced by Bruh Kreniik and most other gods as a way to re-balance the cosmos after the destruction wrought by the Creation War, the Abyssal Release (7777 DE - 8777 DE), and the Demon Spawn War. The God Era ended with this departure.
