In 485, the Kingdom of Phlehorn established the coastal settlement of Tallsard. Built to open up sea trade, it became the home of Turkûn plying the seas over working the land.
In 623, having become culturally different and causing problems, Phlehorn gladly approved Tallsard's request to cede, becoming a self-governing city-state.
