The Nullattîm Balance, forged on the leper island Nullattîm, was a neutrality agreement between Paradomea and the Black Tide. It was conceived by Sarurkane, a Synic of the Council of Nine. The plan was to keep Paradomea out of the Black Tide War (1465 - 1504), profiting from selling goods and armaments to those engaged in a religious war that could only broaden before it subsided.
