The Khalas Pact was a union of dwarven states of the Khalas glacier. The purpose of the pact was to create a common defense against the giant empires Cûngin-Zar to the west and the Saer Erkjorg to the south.
In 1533 HE, forces of the Khalas Pact capture Aemar. This brings down the Cûngin-Zar Empire, ending a thousand year conflict.
