The Khalas Pact was a union of dwarven states of the Khalas glacier. The purpose of the pact was to create a common defense against the giant empires Gadstill Dynasty to the west and the Saer Erkjorg to the south.
In 1533 HE, the Pact captured Aemar, ending the Gadstill Dynasty.
