This alliance of knights, elves, and merchants was formed to remove the corrupt government of Kal-Oni and to put an end to the Pitch Bone Legion. The alliance defeated the Kal-Oni in the Kal-Oni War. The initial goal of changing the government had changed to one of decentralization, with Kal-Oni's holdings becoming parceled out to independent city-states.
The goal of destroying the Pitch Bone Legion was not fulfilled by the alliance. It came a year later, when the Lances of Merioss tracked down the elusive Pitch Bone Legion, defeating them at the Battle of Mynzuth.
