Magax-Taroth

Magax-Taroth is an island empire that has long been in a thorn in the side of Asmodeus's sovereignty over Nessus. Magax-Taroth is an Asmodean vassal state; allowed to govern themselves. This status was given to them in the early centuries of Asmodeus's wars to prove that he was master of not only Nessus but all of the Hells. Asmodeus regrets giving them status, but it was something needed at the time as he needed their ships and their soldiers for wars with other enemies. Asmodeus's has sent dozens of expeditions against this vassal to bring them back into his orbit.

Magax-Taroth is spread across a chain of islands. In the Demon Spawn War, the ports of these islands served as a hub for traffic moving between the region's continents. Most of the traffic was in support of this war of the Quara'tun system. These were Covenant soldiers and military supplies headed for this system's worlds under demon threat or invasion.
