The Armarek Legion, serving under Surtur in the Creation War (1486 DE - 8777 DE) was a unit of fiery brutes, fire giants, fire mephits and others. Largely a heavy infantry unit, they employed massive tower shields which when interlocked made them nearly impervious to missile fire and most magic.
