This conflict was started by certain elements in Kel'gah seeking to restore the glory days of Mir'piamauza. They wanted the Gradorian under one banner.
Kel'gah sent her navy and marines against Azrunâth many times, yet failed to annex her smaller rival. Since that war, the two have become commercial rivals with each sponsoring brigands to prey on each other's shipping.
