Built high in the peaks of Inghild, this bastion was built by the Covenant as a training area for air units. After the Demon Spawn War (89 GE - 269 GE), it became a place for the war's mortal veterans, riders of many races, and winged mounts that served the Covenant, griffons, giant eagles, non-evil dragons, pegasai, and others.
By the Horgon Era, Wingtip had become one of the six Halls of War. A school, generally open to all for a fee, it carries on the tradition of training warriors and in the use of wing mounts in combat.
