Sharazâr is a steep escarpment ranging from 800' to 2,000' high. It is the northern edge of Guleddab, a depression that was once the same elevation, a contiguous strip of land sloping gently towards the Pearl Sea. Over thousands of years, during the Lith-Crillion Era, Guleddab sunk, leaving a towering escarpment.

In the First Epoch, the dwarves of Bokgruma mined this area for silver. They left behind miles of tunnels, and ruined structures dotting the ridge and carving deep into it. When they were driven away, it became the home of a ghost dragon. Living in Narukgulan, this ancient beast deters further exploitation.
