This ancient tome has rites for summoning earth elementals and other creatures from Granitoid. Unlike normal elemental summoning magic, the tome allows control of the summoned without concentration and lasting for months instead of turns. The most powerful aspect of this book is the magic to summon Ogremoch, a Prince of Evil Earth Elementals.
In the Second Epoch, a powerful conjurer named Beshrii used this book to cause quite a bit of havoc in Hells Womb. At the Eastern Shar, she drove off attacks from the Council of Bile and then lost control of Ogremoch. The Earthquake of Ogremoch was one of the great events that happened because of using the Earth Binder.
