After Gilraen was made a vassal state of the Khazarkar Empire, a decree was passed down by the Pharzîmrâth. Setarch Imruk, head of this theocracy, made it illegal to worship any god but Set. A side effect of this law is the Salbâth Insurgency (1422 - present).
