Named Phure-Zil after an Athenian crusader of the Black Tide War (1465 - 1504), this citadel is at the bottom of a great hole named Yeenoghus Spittoon. Down this hole are elevators, paths, and roads linked to the surface city of Kugirmuk.
Phure-Zil's port side is on the Heliotrope Sea.
