Siginzad is a Dwarven named valley east of Inzurakthol. It is constantly swept by this great plateau's chilling winds, howling as they funnel through long abandoned ruins. Once home to the Khamagurbun, they have been left unclaimed; the area's Jarls forbidding anyone else from building so close to their holy mount.
