In 1345, in what came to be known as the Battle of Golem Pass, the Witch Horde pushed south through this valley towards the rumored libraries and riches of the Magis Institute. This army was destroyed by hundreds of flesh, stone, iron, and other classes of constructs, leading to the valley being named Golem Pass.
