The Elphion Fringe Settlements, or simply the EFS, are towns, villages, and other small settlements along the northern edge of the Elphion jungle. These holds fall under Ba'lith rule. Some of the area's population are descendants of Bithiemeth. As a result, there are elements here that oppose the Church of Asmdoeus; which is backed by the Ba'lith empire.
