Elkroz Vah is a volcanic wasteland of Hiznaar Goz. Ever since the God Era, the area of this wasteland has been expanding south into the Sea of Mourning. Elkroz Vah is Draconic for Opal Spring. The area gets its name for the plentiful supply of fire opals dug from the area's iron and gold mines. The fire opals extracted from Elkroz Vah are some of the largest found anywhere in the realm.
