Baruk-Khâl is an exit portal of the Earth Seam. Those who enter Baruk-Gind, and survive the journey, come out at Baruk-Khâl.
In 946 LE, a failed military coup in Andigimok led to several hundred Mîmêk retreating into Baruk-Gind. When they came out of the Earth Seam at Baruk-Khâl, they were a continent and ocean away from Andigimok. They went southwest into Fangath where they founded the settlement Galir-Khizad.
