The plans for making Stasis Robes was learned from the Libram of Aggda. A Stasis Robe wavers in and out of sight which creates a displacing effect on the wearer. This is a product of the robe being made from filaments taken from the Web of Magic. The robe also affords a force protection equal to a +4 enchantment bonus. This force protection also allows the wearer to freely move through any wall of force.
The Stasis Robes were invented as an experimental armor for the Doom Squads. Stasis Roes can be purchased from the XI Institute.
