Pelwir is a series of small islands in the northeastern part of the Core Sea. The area is a haven for pirates, criminals, a dozen or so blue dragons, and countless harpy aeries. These pirating groups have a diverse racial make-up. Most groups are composed of khazarkars, Githirmil, and elves out of Ithengee.
