Oralûth

Oralûth is five thousand miles southwest, as the bird flies, from Orra. In the Year 1312, the giff voidship Surkhan mapped Oralûth. The giff explored the fringes of this distant land, making contact with the locals and learning that intelligent spiders some areas of this land they called Oralûth.

The continent of Oralûth has an unusual number of spiders dwelling on it. Even the small brown recluse spiders can fell an ogre with a bite, though the most terrible are the brain spiders and the nether dwelling phase spiders. The Spider Queens of Oralûth get their name from their ability to control large groups of spiders. Many of the creatures of the land have tamed these arachnids for use in war, pest control, and other activities. The use of spider silk to make things is very common across Oralûth. These items are one of their main exports.
