Svatir is a cotton sheered from large dire sheep of the same name. These creatures are native to Ice Cap and quite dangerous when encountered in the wild. Sometime in the Horgon Era, the earth giants of Gaud began domesticating them. After several generations, these creatures became lesser versions of their wild counterparts, no longer dire, but still producing a cotton that is very valuable. The svatir herds have spread with the earth giants and can be encountered as far south as Eylami.
Armor made of svatir provides a +2 natural enhancement bonus, so that a suit of +2 Svatir Robe would afford a +4 armor bonus.
