Tarelcil is a large island of the Galathien Sea. In an area where the fabric of the Web of Magic is weak, arcanists have long come to Tarelcil for easier spell casting. One of the most awe-inspiring places of Tarelcil is the Prism of Merioss, headquarters of the Arch-Mages of Merioss.
