The Bloated Sacs is a unit of the Negagandolus Army; an elite army of the Ba'lith Empire. It is comprised of ghouls, ghasts, and other undead flesh-eaters. It is a terror unit, usually sent out at night to frighten and prey upon the enemy. Each of them are embedded with a magical tracker that burns when it is time to return to their barracks.
