Astral Skiffs are small ships used to navigate the Astral Sea. They do not fly, float, nor can they enter the Void. They were designed by the githyanki as a means of safely and rapidly moving about the Astral Sea. Guided by mental energy, they can be dangerous to pilot. Their engines, the remnants of a Psychic Storm, are very unpredictable. If not careful, the pilot can be completely drained by this Psi-Core engine, reduced to vegetable-like state.
