Intra-System Shifts are magical anomalies caused by the Chaos Malestrom leaking into a world. When one of these anomalies occur, an area of one world switches places with that of another. This happens across the same star system, so it often deemed a lighter version of the inter-system shift. Never the less, both types of shifts are unexpected, sometimes affecting large areas, or resulting in disaster for the affected areas.
The most notable intra-system shift in the Hells Womb region is in the courtyard of Black Forge Keep. It was created when the Council of Nine activated the Prisms of Worlds.
