The Gale Tradewinds are a boon for ships traversing the great expanse of the Pearl Sea. These winds form a waving circular flow around the Pearl Sea, they flow counter-clockwise passing and sometimes crossing into the lands of the Ivory Asylum, Ma'Ohari, Buccaneer Archipelago, Lands of Purity, and the Troll Bogs.
The Gale Tradewinds are the cause of much of the storm activity in the Pearl Sea. The currents of this wind draw in the warm tropical airs from the Mephigax and carry them into the sea and lands bordering the Pearl Sea.
