During the months from Bloom through Bliss, the Daphezel Wind flows south along the western coasts of Brucrumus. It then cuts south across the Pearl Sea, then moves along the western coasts of Straiden until it blows across the lands of Oralûth.
This current is used by sailors in the aforementioned months, commonly called the "Period of Tempestant's Breath", to travel to the lands of Oralûth to trade, raid, and explore the many ancient and lost civilizations that dot these distant lands.
